South Africa | 20 – 28 april 2025
A 3-step retreat:
A mythical destination, as much for its grandiose landscapes and animals as for its culture, history and gastronomy, the “rainbow nation” welcomes you warmly during these 9 days of detox and well-being in the African wilderness.
Your journey will take you to the Limpopo region, lungs of the country, where the vast majority of fruits and vegetables are grown.
Limpopo is also the region of the wilderness and safaris, in particular the small town of Hoedspruit, a little safari hub where rangers, lodge managers and tourists meet!

This minimalist comfort is the prerequisite to access places of exceptional wild and unspoilt beauty, and for a unique and unforgettable experience.
Three nights in comfortable en-suite tents under the stars, surrounded by wildlife, for a walking safari experience you’ll never forget!
You will spend three nights at Sashwa River Lodge, a holistic property dedicated entirely to well-being. Sashwa’s philosophy is aligned with that of Nature Connexion and La Pensée Sauvage.
Situated 10 minutes from Hoedspruit town centre, this ‘institution’ is renowned for its stunning sunsets.
The last two nights of your stay are spent at Khaya Ndlovu. This charming 10-bedroom property is situated in the heart of the Khaya Ndlovu Game Reserve and is home to the Big Five: elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo and rhino.
During the first four days of your stay, instead of concentrating strictly on distance, we’ll offer you an approach that emphasises the time spent exploring the surrounding nature and getting close to the animals.
We will devote 3 to 4 hours to each walk. This is an invitation to immerse yourself fully; you could, for example, cover just one kilometre in three hours.
During these breaks, your experienced guide will share valuable insights into the local flora and fauna, interpreting the mysteries of the bush and allowing you to connect more deeply with your surroundings.
