My Mission

Is to see you empowered with renewed energy, clearer focus, and the mindset to continue your path to transformation long after leaving the African continent.

Balule Game Reserve, South Africa

The Balule Private Game Reserve – Tsonga for “buffalo” – is part of the legendary Kruger National Park. This private concession, criss-crossed by rivers, plains and immense savannah woodlands, is the ideal vantage point for tracking the Big Five, the great lords of the savannah that once terrified Africa’s hunters and poachers – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros. It boasts 35,000 hectares of green spaces where you can relax, recharge your batteries and reconnect with nature. The Olifants River runs for 20 km through the heart of the reserve.

Flowing all year round, the Olifants River is an inexhaustible playground for birdwatchers. A large number of migratory wading birds can be found here, from the more common heron, silver egret and pink flamingo to the rarer African jabiru. Birds of prey are well represented. These include the martial eagle, the Nubian vulture and the Pel’s fish owl, which usually nests near streams. Crocodiles and hippos inhabit the rivers and swamps.

Three nights under canva followed by 2 nights at Nambu camp, a beautiful family lodge, for timeless authentic walking and 4×4 safaris!

Vilanculos, Mozambique

You’ll indulge for 4 nights under the coconut palms in a traditional, comfortable 3 star lodge: early registrants can choose between a bungalow on the beach or a room in a private villa with sea view (same price). This typically decorated lodge boasts a beach bar and the best restaurant in Vilanculos – vegetarian dishes will be prepared on request for the group!

The underwater world is incredible: dolphins, turtles, humpback whales and manatees are regularly spotted. Bazaruto is also home to the last population of dugongs on the African coast. Small duiker antelopes, suni, squirrels, samango monkeys, reptiles, galagos, bushbucks and pink flamingos live together in this Eden.

If you’re a lover of nature and splendor, you’re in for a treat…

Mozambique

If you’re looking for adventure and a change of scenery, then this Breathwork retreat is for you !

Mozambique is still a WILD land, far from mass tourism, bordered by the Indian Ocean and featuring long white sandy beaches shaded by coconut palms. In 1992, this former Portuguese colony in south-east Africa was emerging from a 16-year civil war, and was gradually beginning to rebuild and heal its wounds.

This country, which is about 1,4 times the size of France, is home to sites of exceptional beauty – two of which you’ll discover during your stay (Gorongosa and Vilanculos).

Bazaruto - hidden treasure of the world

Around 20 km from Vilanculos lies a string of five magnificent tropical islands forming the Bazaruto Archipelago, a national park created in 1971 and nicknamed “the jewels in the crown”. This natural ecosystem is unique because of its isolation: forest, savannah, lakes, ponds and marshes. As far as the eye can see, it’s all white sand and turquoise water, dotted here and there with coconut palms and impressive high sand dunes.
